I think internet marketing will keep on growing in importance thus more and more competition will fight for positions online.

Most people talk about SEO when talking about online marketing however I do believe SEO is evolving as well as Google constantly changes and upgrades its algorithms.

To keep track of everything online people are relying more and more on tools like Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools and Google Optimizer.

as internet marketing has been quite fierce in the past and present as well...but i think in future the marketing will be more dependent on viral marketing tools as via social networking sites and there will be less irritating ads on sites' panels. even so there will be more dependency on RSS feeds kinds of things than just organic ads. but the fact remains...the ads by big sites like ebay/amazon/google etc... would still be the prime choice for longer period of time.

people have started to avoid clicking on irritating/flashy/interactive Ads so marketers are thinking of alternate ways to attract them...lets see

internet has brought billions of new opportunities and introduced tens of thousands of end users .so internet marketing has got to be taking a stronghold in the future.

Internet marketing is still in BOOM even after the financial crisis. Doing marketing on internet works out cheaper & selling products online via webstores also works out cheaper due to less human force (sales agents etc etc)
