As you most probably know: Water is essential for life. Our body constitutes 60 to 70% water in form of various fluids. Water consummation should be increased when we get dry mouth, headache, little urine or urine infection, constipation or when we exercise, suffer from fever or diarrhea, vomiting, etc. It is usually advisable to drink about seven to eight glasses of water daily, that is one to two litres of water. What's your point of view on this matter?

No, but I have been trying. I guy those gallon jugs and try to drink at least half of one a day, though it's expensive. The water here is just so awful, I really need to invest in a filter. Especially being pregnant, I have to careful of what I put in my body, so tap water is kind of frowned at.

I agree with you completely. I daily drink half a liter of water as soon as i finish bathing and prayers, but then i drink so less that i am starting to feel it. I am starting to get headaches and dry mouth. Your thread was a bit of help for me in detecting my problems. Thanks

I try to drink around seven glass's of water a day but often im not thirsty and just don't feel like drinking so il end up only drinking around 2-3 cups a day but i don't really feel any bad side effects from not drinking much

I try to drink water frequently. The eight glass a day requirement is a myth, though - you get most of your water from food - but it is definitely healthy to increase your intake.

I try to have at least a few glasses a day. I am definitely far below the suggested daily amount, but I think I do better than the average person when it comes to drinking water.

In a way yes, but not "direct" water at times. I definitely drink juice on a daily basis though. As for milk, almost every day usually I'll drink a glass with a nutritious snack bar or cookies.

No, i don't drink enough water, i drink less than 2 prints a day, there is no way i could drink two litters of water each day that is just too much for me.

Just as a quick add-on, it doesn't have to be 2 liters of plain water per day, coffee, soup, alcohol and all other liquids you can have during the day should amount to roughly that quantity

I drink around 2 - 3 ltrs of water during winters and 4-5 ltrs during summer days.

I might add drinking water is better than drinking tea / coffee.

The God has designed your body such that whenever its short of water it lets you feel the thirsty, you don't have to take so much of extra care for that. \

what you have to care is about, when you feel thirsty you should provide enough water to the body, which should be clean in nature and try not to take water directly taken out from refrigerator.

Humans do not need 7-8 glasses of water a day, that myth has already been busted.
